If you have any questions, use the Report A Problem link on the sidebar. All reports will be resolved by Friday afternoon, latest. This is the only way the administrators will address your issues.  Please do not interrupt anybody by any other means of communication. A simple solution to most connection problems is to read the connection info properly! Any problem reports caused by failing to do so are going to be rejected.
